Heart-Wall® Mini Guide
In The Emotion Code framework by Dr. Bradley Nelson, the Heart-Wall® is described as a protective energetic barrier that may form from trapped emotions after emotional pain. While it helps protect the heart, over time it can also limit connection, creativity, and ease.
What is a Heart-Wall®?
A Heart-Wall® is understood as layers of trapped emotional energy around the heart. It can serve as protection during stress, yet later feel like emotional “armor” that makes it harder to feel open or connected.
Possible Signs
- Feeling emotionally guarded or “walled off”
- Difficulty receiving or expressing love, trust, or gratitude
- Feeling heavy, stuck, or low in inspiration
- Creative or relational blocks despite inner work
How Sessions Can Help
Emotion Code sessions use gentle muscle testing to identify trapped emotions and release them—often with a magnet along the governing meridian or via surrogate methods. Many people describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more open as layers clear.
What to Expect with Alicia
- Brief intention-setting and comfort check-in
- Muscle testing (direct or surrogate) to identify trapped emotions
- Release technique and simple after-care guidance
- Gentle pacing and review of changes between sessions
Between Sessions — Gentle Support
- Hydration, nature time, unhurried breath
- Light journalling prompts such as “Where do I feel safe to open?” or “What brings me ease today?”
- Calm inputs: music, art, movement; reduce screen time if possible
- Kind boundaries and self-pace honouring
How Many Sessions?
Everyone’s process is different. Some notice shifts after one session; others benefit from a short series to clear deeper layers gently. Progress is reviewed together and adjusted as needed.
For Kids & Pets
Sessions are adapted for comfort and attention span. Alicia holds a Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check). Surrogate methods are used gently for animals, often resulting in calmer behaviour and ease.
