What is the Emotion Code?
The Emotion Code® is a gentle, subconscious-based approach used to identify and release emotional stress stored in the body — without the need to revisit past experiences or relive trauma.
Understanding the Emotion Code
The Emotion Code® is based on the idea that unresolved emotional experiences can become stored in the body as “trapped emotions.”
These stored emotional patterns may influence how we feel, how we respond to life, and how the body functions over time — often without conscious awareness.
How the Emotion Code works
The Emotion Code uses muscle testing to communicate with the body and subconscious, helping identify what emotional stress is ready to be released.
This process does not require revisiting past experiences, retelling stories, or reliving trauma. The body communicates directly through the subconscious, allowing the work to remain calm, safe, and regulated.
The client remains relaxed and resting while the release takes place, guided entirely by what the body is ready to shift at that moment.

How I work with the Emotion Code
In my sessions, The Emotion Code® is always integrated with Holistic Biomagnetism.
The primary focus is on supporting the body in recalibrating its internal environment using therapeutic magnets. As the body begins to rebalance, emotional patterns may also release naturally through the subconscious.
This process is gentle and does not involve revisiting trauma or analysing past experiences. Clients remain resting throughout the session while the body guides what is ready to shift.
